The challenge was to design a luxurious Hollywood Glam–style apartment that truly reflects the client’s taste for drama and modern sophistication. The layout opens with a stylish foyer that leads into a warm and inviting open plan. In Superstone Rivera, the formal living, dining, and family spaces merge seamlessly to form a T-shaped core, surrounded by private rooms and the kitchen.
Rich fabrications and timeless finishes define the interiors. With minimal furniture, the design creates a flexible and uncluttered environment, while bold accessories bring in a sense of opulence. Vibrant light fixtures add a touch of exuberance to the otherwise harmonious palette. The living room extends toward a balcony that frames an unobstructed view of the sea, while the bedrooms overlook lush greenery. Perched on the 12th floor, the apartment offers its residents a refreshing escape in the coastal breeze.
To reinforce a distinct architectural character, the interior rests on a warm white foundation accented with wood veneer, laminate panels, metallic glass finishes, and CNC-cut details. The central core features a continuous dark ceiling, and natural light from the balcony adds depth and enchantment. Enhancing the glamour further, the family living area showcases a copper-glass mirror ceiling and a laminated accent wall with metallic highlights. In contrast, the bedrooms embrace simplicity through wooden accent walls and glossy white ceilings that evoke calm sophistication.
